I’m Lindsey Miranda, the Founder and Lead Photographer of Lorien Studios. I am half adventurous extrovert and half introverted nerd and more than anything, I love stories. When Im not photographing, videoing, or creating art, I love to read books, play video and board games, and go on new adventures. Trying new things and learning new skills makes life interesting and helps create stories. I think that is one of the reasons I love photography so much. It allows me to meet new cool people every day and experience moments that I might never have discovered on my own.

Evan Miranda, my husband and business partner-in-crime, is an essential part of Lorien Studios. Many of you may know him as my Assistant Photographer, but he is also an amazing graphic designer, web extraordinaire, and photo editor. He is an Industrial Designer by day, and a photography superhero by night and weekend. He is also a big fan of stories and reads more than anyone I know.
Random Fact: If you see any weird wildlife (insect, bird, strange washed ashore sea life) there is a 99% chance he will know what it is and something weird about it. He never ceases to amaze me with his random wildlife knowledge.
